Immaculate hotel with a fantastic pool area.

I was appalled by the dismissive attitude of the reception staff, who were completely unhelpful when I needed assistance. The room was not cleaned properly, and I had to make several requests just to get clean towels, which were stained and unacceptable. To top it off, upon raising my complaints, I was met with rude replies, indicating that they valued their reputation over customer satisfaction.

We just had a fabulous 4-night stay here! The room was perfect for my family, especially since I'm a wheelchair user. The food variety was amazing, and the pool was fantastic. I would definitely return!

the hotel was really nice and clean, perfect location right by the beach. there were loads of sunbeds and the pool area was really big, always chill. breakfast was amazing with so much variety like english bacon and sausages. staff were super friendly and helpful. had a great time overall and will def come back!

A cheeky downside was the overly zealous table-clearing by the dining staff. If you wander off for a drink or a quick snack, don’t be surprised if your table gets reset before you're back!

While the location made it easy to access entertainment, noise from nearby activity could be a slight downside at times. the pool area felt a bit cramped during peak hours, making it challenging to find a sunbed during busy times.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations with its extensive variety, including fresh local produce and cooked-to-order options that truly made for a splendid start to the day. The pool area was beautiful but could feel a bit crowded during peak times.
